報告人簡介🐒：
Prof. Dr. Martina Maria Keitsch works with Sustainable Design and Architecture at the Department of Design, Faculty of Architecture and Design, Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim. She is also PhD Program Leader at the Department of Product Design, and project leader of the project ‘The Medical Home’ and of the project‘ Energy for Social Sustainability’ in collaboration with IOE Kathmandu, Nepal. Keitsch has worked for almost twenty years with sustainable development, industrial ecology, social sustainability and stakeholder inclusion. Keitsch is Member of several Scientific Committees, board member of the International Sustainable Development Research Society and has been Guest-editor of special issues for international journals. Keitsch is teaching Bachelor- Master- and PhD students and has published several articles on the topics above.
報告內容簡介：
The presentation starts with the background and the relation of Sustainable Development (SD) and Green Economy (GE), I will give some examples for SMEs in the Value Chain and briefly discuss the role of SMEs in China. SMEs Possibilities and Challenges for Eco-upgrading are then analysed and a simple and accessible method for SMEs is presented enabling them to consider where to improve their eco-performance without greater economic losses or even benefits. A design & green procurement example from NTNU for an SMEs contribution in the value chain is given and further R&D in the area indicated also in relation to SD and GE.
